The Power of Journaling
An often forgotten or dismissed spiritual "tool", journaling is a powerful way to engage with YOUr deep heart space and to listen to the UNIVERSE as it speaks thru YOUr heart space.
"LOVE is the ANSWER, no MATTER the QUESTION"
Journaling is one of the foundation KEYS on the Spiritual Pathway
When you first begin to walk the spiritual pathways one of the foundation tools that you may have been taught is that of journaling. Indeed when I first began to study Vibrational Medicine I would journal continually. Each crystal that I worked with I would journal how it affected me and other insights and thoughts that came to me as I wrote on the page.
As we now prepare to move into the next phase of the ASCENSION process we must dust off the FOUNDATION KEYS that we have gathered along the spiritual paths as we have walked them. Some are decoys and will have been dropped never to be picked up again but one of the FOUNDATION KEYS is that of journaling.
It is important to understand that journaling is not the same as keeping a diary or a notebook. We are not entering a list of how we felt, what happened each day etc. To journal we must first of all take the space and time that we need, we build this "ritual" into our self care routine in order that we establish, maintain and strengthen our connection to our deep heart space, this is where we enter the INNER TEMPLE.
At all times walking the spiritual path we must move from our human logical mind to our deep heart space. The human logical mind then interprets our deep heart space it is never the other away around. Those who are newly on their spiritual path will come across this conundrum very early on, the mind or the heart, many confuse the mind with the heart, we are not trying to rationalise what is presented, we are simply trying to access the information that sits at the deep heart level.
Many would ask the question "why not just meditate?" Meditation is a spiritual tool but works in a different way, we must always use the spiritual tool that will give us optimum value and journaling allows for deep reflection at an in moment level, meditation when reflected upon sees us move into a viewer mode and not maintain the participation aspect. When we journal we are entering a sacred space, focusing on our breath and then picking up the pen to put to the paper is a ritual in itself and one that seeks to calm our nervous system. It slows everything down and it is in the spaces between spaces that we find what we seek.
Writing a question at the top of the page is often helpful and simply sitting for a few moments in silence will allow a question to form. Then taking our focus down to our heart space and visualising a beautiful heart shaped doorway we can then begin to start writing. It is important to write and to continue to write until you stop, trying to write, read it over and then continue to write defeats the entire purpose of the exercise and will invalidate the tool itself.
Allow the words to flow, you do not need to give them any thought, simply write until you feel that everything is on the page and then stop. Many people when they reach the end of their writing will say that they do not remember what they wrote and this is an indication that a deep part of YOU has done the writing. The human logical mind can now reflect on the words that are written. Before reading the words you may like to go and make a cup of tea or get a glass of water and once more focus on the breath and relax before reading over.
You may find that what you have written makes little sense to you at this time, this is when you can absorb the information and allow it to sit within you. Returning to the words over the coming few days or even linear weeks can suddenly jolt a revelation within you, allowing you to release and to heighten your energy signature in the process.
