The human life experience for those called to Ascension can be a very traumatic and isolating place. Separated from source in various ways thru technology, spiritual warfare, emotional wounds from past and current life times, the list is endless.

There IS respite that can be found, the place of hope and deep healing is found within the deepest part of our HEART and is the Inner Heart Temple©

It is vital that WE understand that healing is available to us at all times within this space. Taking time to allow ourselves to go deep within is our GIFT to ourselves. But there are many things that will attempt to prevent us entering this sacred space within our human physical vehicle.

Deep grief, loss, emotional trauma and emotional scarring will attempt to teach us that somehow WE are so broken that there is no hope, that somehow when WE look out on to the world WE are somehow trapped within it. Nothing is further from TRUTH, it is the very opening of the deep heart space that allows for deep healing to occur.
