Many who walk the spiritual path can easily become fragmented and unbalanced due to the very nature of the walk itself. It can be disheartening to come up against spiritual blocks or be surrounded by those who do not accept or agree with your spiritual path. WE ARE given access to a spiritual "toolbox" as we navigate this journey in order that we can regain balance, harmony and peace when it seems the outer waking world is intent on providing nothing but chaos.
It is vital that we understand that WE ARE the only ones who are having this experience, that is the human life experience is individual and unique. Working on yourself is not selfish, indeed the more that you can tune into balance, harmony and peace the more affect this has on those around you. It all comes from within, do not wait for example for a specific time or place to find any of these things, the time is NOW, the space is this moment.

SOUND
It is important to understand how sound can effect our energy system. We live in a world that is full of noise but this noise is not necessarily sound, it is chaos. Choosing to listen to some peaceful music or indeed any music that allows your emotions to soar is particularly healing. You may choose to listen to your favourite band allowing yourself to simply let go and surrender to the musical notes or you may wish to listen to meditative music (not whilst driving) as a way to balance yourself. There is no wrong or right way to do this as we are each unique.
MEDITATION
there are many false teachings when it comes to the subject of meditation. For the purposes of this website meditation is what brings you back to balance. Running if you feel energetic for example is a piece of meditation, it is where you lose yourself and allow yourself to become one with everything in the universe. Meditation for you may be to relax in a warm bath with soothing oils, resting and allowing the water and the aroma of the oils to allow you to let go and to become one with the universe. Traditional meditation works also, you may wish to lie down and listen to a meditation track, the entire purpose of the act is to let go and allow the deep heart space to open and flow once more.


you may wish to work with one particular crystal by holding it in the palm of your hand and opening your deep heart space thru breathing, sit with the crystal, allow the images to flood your mind and take your attention to how the crystal feels, warm, cool etc. Allow your body to relax whilst holding the crystal and simply let go. The power of journaling can never be underestimated. To write and allow the words to flow allows for the release of deep emotions, writing it out allows the brain to let go and quietens the mind which in todays climate will be in overdrive. Journaling gives us a deep reflection of what is going on and allows us to reach solutions that may seem out of our reach. If you have never journaled before it is a simple process. Have a blank journal and begin a session by writing "how do i feel in this moment" at the top of the page. Then simply write, do not worry about what you are writing simply allow the words to flow. Do not stop writing until you feel you have written all that is required and then read back. Working this way allows you to see themes that are coming up and that you may be missing.
